Overview

Neurox is a Chilean chiropractic medical center specialized in Spine, Brain and Joints where it also offers a wide range of other medical specialties and brings together health professionals with a wide experience.

The Challenge

The client needed a complete redesign of its website as it had suffered a loss of data during a migration to another server that was performed by its previous programmers, this triggered a maze of broken links, but on the other hand it also had an obsolete or outdated design according to modern web design standards, this is especially negative since a website needs to make an impact with professionalism and authority, in a way that reflects the quality of the products or services offered, otherwise it will only generate more distrust and drive away potential customers, generating an even greater barrier between the customers and the company. In addition, the failure of the previous website had affected the connections with its advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook), generating a very large drop in calls and contacts to schedule appointments, so the flow of patients and scheduled consultations was affected for a long time, compromising the stability of the medical center. At this point, their social media accounts lacked effective content that would help strengthen engagement with their followers and potential customers, thus limiting their reach and presence on the Internet, relying only on a few followers who already knew the quality and experience offered by the medical center.

The Solution

A new website was developed from scratch due to the total loss of data from the previous one, implementing modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and WordPress to create a responsive and optimized design both in UX/UI and SEO.In addition, Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion APIs were integrated (to track and measure interactions such as calls and messages), which allowed reaching an average of 5000 monthly conversions and a conversion rate of 25%, resulting from the optimization of advertising campaigns through adjustments in keyword selection, audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.Simultaneously, social networks were managed with a focus on the creation of constant and valuable content, highlighting the experience and quality of care provided by Neurox specialists, which significantly increased engagement, the number of followers and organic reach, strengthening the digital presence of the medical center and improving the attraction of potential customers.This comprehensive approach has not only stabilized patient flow, but has facilitated sustained exponential growth, positioning the medical center as a benchmark in its area of expertise and ensuring a steady and growing flow of new patients.
