Overview
Neurox is a Chilean chiropractic clinic specializing in the spine, brain, and joints, which also offers a wide range of other medical specialties and brings together healthcare professionals with extensive experience.
The Challenge
The client needed a complete redesign of their website because they had suffered a data loss during a migration to another server carried out by their previous developers, which resulted in a maze of broken links; moreover, the design was outdated by modern web design standards. This is particularly problematic because a website needs to convey professionalism and authority, reflecting the quality of the products or services offered; otherwise, it will only generate more mistrust and drive away potential customers, creating an even greater barrier between customers and the company. Furthermore, the failure of the previous website had disrupted connections with its advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook), causing a significant drop in calls and inquiries to schedule appointments. As a result, the flow of patients and scheduled consultations was affected for a long time, compromising the medical center’s stability. At this point, their social media accounts lacked effective content to help strengthen engagement with their followers and potential clients, thus limiting their reach and online presence, relying solely on a few followers who were already familiar with the quality and expertise offered by the medical center.
The Solution
A new website was built from scratch due to the complete loss of data from the previous one, using modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress to create a responsive design optimized for both UX/UI and SEO.
In addition, Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion APIs were integrated (to track and measure interactions such as calls and messages), enabling an average of 5,000 monthly conversions and a 25% conversion rate—a result of optimizing advertising campaigns through adjustments to keyword selection, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.
At the same time, social media was managed with a focus on creating consistent, valuable content that highlighted the expertise and quality of care provided by Neurox’s specialists. This significantly increased engagement, the number of followers, and organic reach, strengthening the medical center’s digital presence and improving its ability to attract potential clients.
