Kdrops USA is a brand of natural products dedicated to weight loss and healthy living with several years in the Latin and North American market.
The Challenge
The client needed to sell their products in the United States and automate their sales, so it was essential to develop an e-commerce platform that would allow customers to purchase products and track their shipments. In addition, they needed functionality for customers to validate the authenticity of products by entering the serial number. They also needed to redesign the brand for the U.S. market and, in addition, establish their brand and social media voice.
The Solution
To solve the client's needs, we followed a comprehensive process divided into several phases. First, we developed a customized e-commerce platform that would allow U.S. customers to purchase products and track their shipments in an automated manner. Second, we implemented functionality that would allow customers to verify the authenticity of their products by entering the serial number, ensuring consumer confidence.
