Refund Policy

1. Fees and taxes

By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the rates in effect at the time of purchase (plus any applicable fees) using the selected payment method.

You can cancel future renewals when applicable, but amounts already processed for the current period are not automatically reversed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service and the intellectual work involved, a full refund is only available if YakeddGraph cancels the service within 2 business days of payment.

Outside of this period, a full refund will not be issued. Alternatively, you may request to switch to another service, and any difference in cost will be adjusted accordingly.

3. How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please email hi@yakeddgraph.com within 2 business days of your purchase. YakeddGraph reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse of these terms.
