Refund Policy

1. Fees and Charges

Our customers of YakeedGraph, may cancel at any time and will not be charged again.
By purchasing the service, you agree to pay the fees set forth at the time of purchase (plus any applicable surcharges) for the service using the payment method you have selected on the payment form. You must pay the full amount of the service fees even if you wish to cancel before your next renewal.


2. Refund Policy

As this is a non-tangible human resource driven digital Service, you will only be eligible for a full refund if YakeddGraph cancels the service within 2 Business Days of payment.

YakeddGraph does not offer full refunds outside of the 2 business day period under any circumstances due to our important intellectual property and goodwill.
You may also choose to transfer to a different Service if you find that the Service chosen is not suitable, in the latter case you will be required to pay the difference in service costs (if any), and otherwise YakeddGraph will refund the difference in cost in relation to the initially purchased service.

Ignorance of these terms will not entitle the customer to demand any refund of the payment made.

3. How to cancel or request a refund?

To obtain a refund, please contact us at hi@yakeddgraph.com within 2 business days after the purchase of any service on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if, in YakeddGraph‘s opinion, a user has abused the Terms of Service of this site.
