Delivery Policy

To purchase the services displayed on the platform, it will be necessary to make a payment for each service, which will be subject to a monthly subscription for as long as such service remains active. The platform allows the creation of a customer account, with the e-mail address and password chosen by the user at the time of purchase of the service.

These data will be processed and incorporated into our database, as reported in our personal data protection section contained in our privacy policies.

To make a purchase, the user must access the quote of the service, then a member of YakeddGraph will send the link to the quoted service. Once on the service page, you must click on the “Sign up now” button and the system will automatically redirect you to the payment page. The system will connect to the payment gateway and will ask the user for his credit or debit card details.

After the payment is confirmed, you will be sent to the purchase confirmation page with the access indications to our platform where you will find a direct contact with the members in charge of carrying out the service that has been contracted.

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from us with the details of your purchase. You will then be able to access the YakeddGraph platform. The access to our platform and the implementation of the service purchased, finalizes the delivery of the services you purchased.

In the event that you are unable to access the platform or do not receive an email from us with instructions on how to complete access, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 7 days after the date of your order, the services will be deemed received and delivered.
